About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Enter and maintain accurate sales and project information in Scoreboard
- Assist with preparing sales packages, submittals, and related documentation for internal and customer-facing use
- Review data and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before routing or submitting materials
- Support the Global Sales team with administrative tasks, document organization, and coordination of sales-related information
Requirements
What you’ll need- Freshman, sophomore, or junior pursuing a Business, Communications, Marketing, or Sales degree or related certificate program
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid computer skills including Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internet search engines
- Ability to work well with others/team player
- Good telephone, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to self-prioritize and follow through while working on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
