About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Review and analyze videoboard project records within Asana to collect key project data and ensure information accuracy
  • Extract and compile client information, project location, board specifications, pricing, and other relevant project details
  • Research and navigate sales documentation to identify, verify, and capture required project information
  • Organize and maintain project data in Excel, ensuring consistency, completeness, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve missing or unclear information
  • Support reporting and data management initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior pursuing a degree in Business, Data Marketing Communications, Sport & Rec Management, or related field
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Asana is a plus
  • Part-time availability during standard work hours, Monday–Friday
  • Willingness to work in an in-person office environment in Des Moines
  • Must complete required Musco trainings
