About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Travel with Regional Sales Associates and Sales Representatives to observe and support customer sales calls
- Partner with the Director of USA Field Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Sales Associate Supervisor to support Musco sales functions and Team initiatives
- Work alongside Regional Sales Associates to build an understanding of the marketplace and Musco's solutions
- Assist with developing plans to complete lighting audits, key market research, and other special projects
- Support customer tours of Musco facilities through preparation and coordination
- Conduct detailed market research
- Contribute to the college conference final group project
- Gain practical experience in sales processes, customer-focused solutions, and field sales support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sports and Rec Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter and collaborative problem solver
- Strong computer skills in standard MS Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full-time availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 am to 5 p.m.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, Saturdays, and special events
- Valid U.S. driver's license required for operating company vehicles
- Overnight travel as needed
