About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute and manage the sales plan for a defined territory or project type to meet or exceed sales and profitability goals
- Assist in developing new market areas within the territory
- Work closely with Sales Management on territory and project strategy
- Develop communication networks and relationships with T&I customers, contractors, specifiers, and end-users
- Generate new sales and project creation to accomplish individual, department, and team goals
- Assess customers' lighting needs and determine suitable Musco products and services
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information and documentation in the sales database
- Prepare quotes or budget estimates using pricing tools
- Negotiate prices and agreements, including credit terms and collection
- Identify key relationships and decision makers to maximize Musco's position on projects
- Present Musco's products and services through sales presentations, meetings, field visits, and trade shows
- Participate in weekly updates of current projects and interface with technical staff on design, production, and installation
- Provide weekly and quarterly reports to Sales Management
- Communicate regularly with Sales Management and Coordinator regarding territory needs, concerns, and resource allocation
- Participate in corporate meetings and conference calls as necessary
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in Business, Communications, or Marketing and 3-5 years of sales experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficient in both Arabic and English
- Ability and willingness to attend in-person training for an extended amount of time at Musco's Corporate Headquarters in Oskaloosa, Iowa, United States
- Proven track record of sales success with a technical product
- Experience with reviewing AutoCad, Project Plans, and Google Earth preferred
- Self-directed and able to make informed decisions independently
- Willingness to travel extensively (50%), mostly within KSA and the GCC
- Working knowledge of MS Office, MS Teams, email, internet, and general PC and Mobile device use
- Ability to learn, understand, and teach technical concepts and information
- Ability to analyze and communicate bid and tender documents
- Good organizational, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
