• Own firmware releases end to end, including scope, code freeze, QA and regression cycles, release notes, and inter-team communications
• Maintain and extend shipping STM32 firmware while bringing up new platforms
• Design and debug BLE protocols, throughput, latency, connection reliability, and field connection issues
• Integrate Bluetooth audio codecs and I2S/PDM microphone and speaker paths alongside continuous sensor streaming
• Implement biosignal acquisition for EEG, PPG, and fNIRS front ends, including sensor presets, on-device filtering, stream formats, and telemetry
• Configure PMICs, fuel gauging, low-power and sleep modes, and battery-life improvements
• Perform field debugging across firmware, hardware, and app layers using logs, RTT capture, crash reporting, and product analytics
• Develop manufacturing and factory-test firmware, flashing flows, test-time reductions, and internal tooling
• Bring up new hardware, peripherals, PMICs, batteries, and sensors using datasheets, schematics, and measurements
