MUTT DATA

Data Engineer

• Co-develop batch and streaming pipelines, semantic models, and transformations on Databricks (Python/Spark)
• Define and maintain data contracts, quality rules, and data SLOs for each data product
• Guide domain teams on data modeling and data product boundaries
• Train, mentor and pair with domain engineers/analysts on data product ownership and good engineering practices
• Capture feedback and best practices from domains and feed improvements back into platform templates, tooling, and patterns
• Build and govern scalable machine learning solutions, ensuring reliable, reusable, and auditable outcomes
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to turn complex business data into trustworthy, well-governed AI products

Data Engineer, Databricks

AI Engineer

• Design and engineer robust machine learning features on Databricks to power AI models and solve complex business challenges
• Implement features with complete standard metadata, including description, keys, lineage, ownership, tags, and data lifecycle
• Apply scalable design patterns to maximize organizational reuse
• Follow deployment pipelines including CI/CD, bundle validation, and PRD
• Oversee job monitoring and apply FinOps practices for efficient cloud resource usage within Databricks
• Ensure consistency between training and production environments
• Maintain a single source of truth for all machine learning models
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to create trustworthy, well-governed AI products

AI Engineer, Databricks

Software Engineer

• Gather use cases with business areas and build them on Copilot Studio and Power Platform, end to end, from definition to production
• Own the day-to-day operation of Copilot Studio: tickets, escalations, and meetings with business users
• Monitor the operation of published agents, tracking usage, performance, and availability
• Put governance around what gets built and published: standards, environments, permissions, and traceability
• Unblock organizational obstacles (access, permissions, definitions) until each use case reaches production
• Take part in evaluating alternative low-code tools and agent builders, and in migrating use cases when it makes sense
