About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and maintain employee data changes in HRIS and LMS systems, including job transfers, promotions, reorganizations, compensation adjustments, and title updates
- Monitor data integrity through regular audits and analyses, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions
- Engage stakeholders to gather requirements, address system-related concerns, and translate business needs into system configurations and process improvements
- Partner with Finance on position creation, maintenance, and headcount alignment in the HRIS system
- Support HRIS updates and enhancement projects through testing and validation activities
- Maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, templates, and job aids
- Develop and execute practices to keep employee records accurate, current, and compliant
- Support job architecture maintenance and governance, including job codes, job profiles, and business titles
- Support data collection, documentation, and analysis for HR audits and investigations
- Collaborate across HR functions to align employee data changes with broader HR initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Minimum 2 years of job-related work experience in excess of degree requirements
- 2 years’ experience with Cornerstone LMS and Workday HRIS is preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
