About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and implement automation technology solutions using Visual Studio, Pega, Access, SQL databases, and other technologies
- Enhance and support the Customer Contact Centers' strategic goals and objectives
- Troubleshoot technology issues and act as liaison with IT
- Support leaders in testing and/or developing test plans
- Perform validation testing before and after technology changes
- Develop, code, unit test, debug, and implement RPA solutions
- Review and analyze organizational needs and goals to determine future impacts to applications and systems
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or certification in computer programming/management
- 1-3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate environment
- Enhanced knowledge and understanding of CIS and/or DIS
- Advanced skills with personal computers, database management, and software such as M365 Office
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, standby, and emergency support as assigned
- Preferred: 1-3 years programming experience in Robotic Process Automation
- Preferred: 1-3 years developing VBA applications
- Preferred: 1 year experience in Call Center Operations
- Preferred: LEAN Six Sigma
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
