About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead customer onboarding from contract signature to go-live
  • Get new customers live in under 30 days
  • Take structured handovers from Sales and confirm scope, products, contacts and launch dates
  • Support Sales on late-stage deals to ensure launchability
  • Run customer kick-offs and agree launch plans with owners and dates
  • Own launches end to end for a portfolio of new customers
  • Prepare payroll, data and integrations, including requirements, testing and employer sign-off
  • Identify and remove risks, dependencies and blockers
  • Use and improve standard launch playbooks and documentation
  • Own pre-launch employee sign-up targets
  • Plan employee communications with employers and Marketing
  • Equip HR, Payroll and line managers to promote the service
  • Track sign-ups and respond to low take-up
  • Hand live customers to Account Managers with records of scope, stakeholders, sign-ups and opportunities
  • Launch new products for existing customers following expansions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product and Engineering
  • Provide feedback on launch friction and improve ways of working
  • Deliver launches on time and optimize sign-ups and handover quality

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record delivering customer onboarding, implementation or launches in a SaaS or platform business
  • Experience driving user or employee adoption, ideally in employee benefits, payroll, HR or financial wellbeing
  • Experience managing several customer projects at once against tight timelines
  • Experience with payroll data, integrations or HR systems is advantageous
  • Experience with public sector or other complex organisations is advantageous but not essential
  • Strong delivery and coordination skills across several concurrent launches
  • Ability to remove blockers and work with pace and urgency
  • Confidence with payroll, data and integration requirements
  • Ability to drive employee take-up through clear, well-timed communications
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to take ownership with minimal day-to-day direction
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the UK
