  • Build and own the partnerships strategy and revenue plan
  • Decide which product categories to launch based on employee need, partner economics and speed to revenue
  • Own the partnerships P&L, forecast and targets, and report progress to the leadership team
  • Build a pipeline of partners and close deals
  • Pitch the value of My Money Matters’ public-sector employee audience
  • Negotiate commercial terms, exclusivity, service levels and marketing commitments
  • Build referral and co-selling partnerships with organisations serving public-sector employers
  • Agree referral terms, joint propositions and co-marketing to generate qualified employer introductions
  • Track partner-sourced pipeline and revenue with Sales
  • Design and price commission, cost-per-acquisition, revenue-share, sponsorship and featured-placement models
  • Balance partner revenue with employee value
  • Track partner payments and reconcile revenue accurately
  • Grow conversion and revenue per employee by testing offers, placement and timing with Product and Marketing
  • Use employee needs and behaviour data to match products to people
  • Manage partner performance, renewals and exits
  • Work with Compliance to ensure partnerships meet FCA rules, including Consumer Duty
  • Run partner due diligence and maintain records of employee product benefits
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on marketplace experience, integrations and tracking
  • Collaborate with Marketing on partner campaigns and co-marketing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management on partner introductions, employer deals and renewals
  • Collaborate with Finance on revenue recognition, forecasting and reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven track record building and growing a partnerships or affiliate revenue line, ideally from launch
  • Entrepreneurial experience building new revenue lines from scratch, with judgement to know what to test first
  • Strong dealmaking experience sourcing, negotiating and closing partnerships with senior commercial teams
  • Commercial expertise designing pricing and partner models and understanding unit economics and lifetime value
  • Data-driven use of conversion and revenue data
  • Understanding of regulated financial products and responsible marketing
  • Experience working within regulated environments, including Consumer Duty
  • Experience owning a revenue target and P&L with a high degree of autonomy
  • Experience in a marketplace, employee benefits, fintech or financial comparison business
  • Existing network across financial services, HR, payroll or employee benefits is a strong advantage
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
  • Must not require sponsorship to work in the UK
