About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Guide automotive dealership customers through setup of myKaarma’s service scheduling, digital check-in, and vehicle inspection tools
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand dealership workflows, operating processes, existing technology, and replacement systems
  • Confirm required devices, network connectivity, and technical infrastructure are in place before implementation or onsite training
  • Test and demonstrate configured solutions with customers before training
  • Walk through the complete service experience from appointment scheduling and customer arrival through vehicle inspection and service completion
  • Coordinate with Deployment Managers and the Training Team to communicate requirements and resolve configuration issues
  • Ensure products are fully prepared for onsite or remote training
  • Develop templates, automations, and repeatable processes to improve setup efficiency and reduce manual administrative work
  • Serve as a technical escalation resource throughout implementation
  • Resolve complex configuration challenges and validate the complete customer journey before training

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in software implementation, deployment, customer onboarding, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience working in automotive, Software as a Service (SaaS), or another technology-enabled service environment
  • Strong communication and customer consultation skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear system requirements
  • Self-directed and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple customer implementations, priorities, and deadlines
  • Comfortable using Salesforce and Google Workspace, including Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms, and related applications
  • General understanding of software implementation processes and customer service best practices
  • Preferred: Experience working in automotive dealership service operations
  • Preferred: Experience implementing or supporting software used by automotive dealerships
  • Preferred: Familiarity with myKaarma products or similar dealership technology platforms
  • Work authorization considered on a case-by-case basis
