About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and integrate data into billing systems
- Run billing batches and billing schedules
- Verify invoice accuracy and data consistency
- Analyze integration errors and apply the necessary corrections to data flows
- Monitor customer billing and report any potential errors
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of billing processes
- Analyze customer complaints related to billing
- Work with the Sales, Customer Service, and Accounting teams to resolve disputes
- Track cases through to complete resolution
- Provide Level 2 technical and operational support to Customer Service
- Participate in training internal stakeholders and developing their proficiency in billing processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced Excel skills are essential
- At least 2–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in office software and CRM systems
- Knowledge of billing processes
- Thoroughness, organization, and autonomy
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset
- Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus
