About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and evolve the AI portfolio delivery model to improve time-to-first-value
  • Lead cross-team planning with senior Product & Tech leaders, aligning priorities and sequencing critical work
  • Handle dependencies and flow, exposing bottlenecks and improving decision speed
  • Enable fast, safe delivery by embedding lightweight governance and guardrails
  • Partner with Architecture and Security to align delivery to target-state and secure-by-design patterns
  • Protect engineering focus, challenge roadmaps, and keep plans executable
  • Drive rapid AI experimentation and learning from idea to production
  • Set and run the AI delivery operating model across products and platforms
  • Turn strategy into shipped outcomes while balancing speed, reliability, security, and cost guardrails
  • Report into the GM of Data and AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in portfolio or program delivery leadership in a SaaS or high-growth tech organisation
  • Strong enterprise agile leadership experience
  • Experience in mentoring
  • Consistent record building operating models and managing complex dependencies at scale
  • Outstanding collaboration and ability to drive engagement and influence without authority
  • AI/ML awareness, including SDLC/MLOps, experimentation, guardrails, and responsible AI
  • Consulting background highly valued
  • Modern delivery tooling experience highly valued
