About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Educate prospective customers about novated leasing and convert warm leads into customers
- Manage the end-to-end novated lease sales process, from tailored quotes through finance approval and vehicle ordering
- Own and actively manage the CRM sales pipeline
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data
- Meet agreed activity and conversion KPIs
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the customer journey
- Drive advocacy, repeat business and referrals
- Complete required product, compliance and industry training and accreditations
- Contribute ideas and participate in team meetings
- Help improve sales processes, playbooks and product enhancements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in novated leasing, salary packaging or consumer finance sales
- Vehicle leasing or financial services experience is ideal but not essential
- Strong record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident sales and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with prospective customers
- Ability to explain financial concepts clearly and simply
- Experience managing busy sales pipelines and high lead volumes within a CRM
- Strong CRM data quality and discipline
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions
- Completion of required training and accreditations, including financier and insurance requirements
