About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape the technical direction, architecture and quality of products within the Data & AI team

Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience as a Developer or Senior Developer
- Strong hands-on coding capability across the full software development lifecycle
- Deep knowledge of software design principles and architecture patterns
- Experience with TDD, BDD, DDD, clean code and refactoring
- Experience designing and evolving large-scale product applications
- Focus on quality, scalability and long-term maintainability
- Strong capability with .NET, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience delivering cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services
- Track record of coaching and mentoring engineers
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted software development tools, automation approaches, web services and third-party integrations
