About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build scalable, secure and high-performing Salesforce solutions for MYOB’s Bedrock Transformation Program
  • Design, build and deliver Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Triggers and APIs
  • Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Platform Events
  • Follow architecture, security and platform governance standards
  • Build and support Salesforce integrations with GoTransverse, Stripe and Genesys using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
  • Contribute to technical design, sprint planning, code reviews and engineering practices
  • Mentor and support other developers
  • Support SIT and UAT testing and defect resolution
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure solutions are production ready
  • Champion CI/CD, Git-based version control, automated testing, technical debt management and release management
  • Collaborate with architecture, integration and data teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
  • Strong capability across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers and API integrations
  • Experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Experience with Experience Cloud and Platform Events highly regarded
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware or MuleSoft
  • Experience with modern DevOps and CI/CD practices
  • Experience using Git, Bitbucket, Copado or similar
  • Understanding of Salesforce data management, testing, secure coding, governor limits and platform best practices
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across technical, business and multi-vendor teams
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II certification highly regarded
  • Salesforce Administrator/Advanced Administrator certification highly regarded
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs highly regarded
