About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the operational running of mid-year and annual compensation cycles within the Radford job architecture and salary ranges
- Maintain and update salary benchmarking data using the Radford Global Technology Survey
- Support rollout of the Compensation Philosophy
- Advise on pay decisions for new hires, promotions, lateral moves, and acquisition companies
- Identify and resolve pay outliers and manage remediation with HRBPs
- Support readiness for the EU Pay Transparency Directive, including pay gap analysis and data documentation
- Manage the Management Incentive Plan with PE owners, Advent
- Track participants, model plans, and maintain MIP documentation and schedules
- Coordinate HR and Advent queries and support MIP communications
- Identify MIP implications of role changes, exits, and M&A activity
- Map and assess benefits across 10 countries against market norms and employee expectations
- Develop a benefits harmonisation roadmap
- Manage benefits providers and brokers, including renewals and re-tendering
- Ensure benefits data flows correctly through BambooHR and Deel
- Advise on country-specific statutory requirements and compliance
- Maintain accurate compensation and benefits data as the source of truth
- Produce reporting for HR leadership and, where relevant, the ELT
- Support compensation and benefits due diligence for M&A activity
- Own recruitment, payroll, and HR administration for Italy
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits, ideally in a multi-country tech or fintech environment
- Hands-on experience with Radford or equivalent benchmarking methodology such as Mercer or Willis Towers Watson
- Solid working knowledge of EU employment law, particularly regarding pay and benefits
- Experience navigating multiple jurisdictions simultaneously
- Familiarity with the EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Strong analytical skills and detailed Excel proficiency
- Experience with HRIS systems such as BambooHR or similar
- Experience with payroll platforms such as Deel or equivalent
- Ability to provide clear, grounded advice and flag risks
- Ability to use AI tools for data analysis, drafting, modelling, and research
- Comfort working in an environment where processes are still being built
