About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day relationships with key partner contacts and coordinate recurring partner touchpoints
- Assist with quarterly business reviews by preparing materials, tracking action items, and following up on commitments
- Maintain partner documentation and socialize updates internally
- Identify and track joint opportunities with sales and partner teams
- Support partner processes to accelerate opportunities through the pipeline
- Assist with Market Development Funds (MDF) requests, tracking, and reporting
- Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives, including campaigns, webinars, and field events
- Support development of partner-facing and internal enablement assets, such as battlecards, one-pagers, and solution overviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to package services with partner technologies
- Participate in partner and industry events as needed
- Stay current on technology and partner ecosystem trends and share insights internally
- Track and report partner activities and performance metrics
- Coordinate across sales, engineering, operations, and marketing on alliance initiatives
- Identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be based in the United States
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, channel programs, or business development (technology preferred)
- Familiarity with technology solutions and commercial concepts, including cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, and partner programs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow through on details
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners
- Proficiency with common productivity tools, such as Microsoft 365, and CRM/partner portals (experience preferred)
- Ability to use AI tools to maximize productivity and efficiency and automate manual tasks
- Experience working with technology vendors and their partner programs preferred
- Experience supporting joint marketing initiatives or sales enablement efforts preferred
- Must complete ongoing security awareness training and comply with company policies
