About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Manage daily platform presence, including posts, stories, comments, and direct messages.
  • Grow audience engagement and convert followers into demo sign-ups and booked sessions.
  • Promote free demos, the Children's Practice Club, new programs, and events.
  • Monitor trends, formats, and platform changes; test brand-appropriate ideas.
  • Engage parents, educators, and partner communities online.
  • Confirm parent consent for posts featuring children.
  • Log posts in the content tracker and apply reviewer feedback.
  • Review monthly reach, engagement, and inquiry results and share recommendations.
  • Write, edit, and proofread newsletters, email campaigns, captions, announcements, and marketing content.
  • Repurpose materials into multiple formats and maintain consistent, accurate, error-free content.
  • Answer inquiries, follow up with leads, guide families through practical questions, and support rebooking and repeat sign-ups.
  • Record inquiries, follow-ups, and outcomes; escalate questions to trainers, the Chief of Staff, or founders.
  • Edit highlight videos, testimonials, educational content, reels, and long-form videos.
  • Repurpose footage, create graphics and thumbnails, maintain visual consistency, organize the video library, and prepare assets for marketing.
  • Research prospects, partners, platforms, tools, and competitors.
  • Document processes and provide general operations support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2yrs of experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Extensive knowledge in end to end social media marketing process (content planning, creation, posting, reviewing of results).
  • Strong skills in editing pictures and videos (long form, reels, educational content, highlight videos, etc.)
  • Superior English written and verbal communication skills
