About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Facilitate interactive, movement-based, and experiential learning sessions for young children, especially online.
- Create an emotionally safe and encouraging virtual learning space.
- Deliver clear, energetic lessons using intentional communication and an engaging online presence.
- Adapt teaching methods and pacing to each child's needs, moods, and learning style.
- Observe student behavior and progress and provide reflections to improve future sessions.
- Maintain structure and flow while responding to children's pace and participation.
- Use storytelling, creative expression, imaginative play, and theatre production elements.
- Collaborate with the curriculum team to refine training activities and lesson plans.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Background in theatre production, online teaching, early childhood development, or a related field.
- Experience teaching young children in online settings, especially in educational or enrichment programs, is a strong advantage.
- Creative communication, presentation, interpersonal, and online presence skills.
- Ability to lead energetic, engaging online sessions and maintain a captivating virtual presence.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a virtual setting.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple online sessions and activities.
