About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Actively source specialists and executives from banks and financial institutions
Research and identify suitable candidates via XING, LinkedIn, company websites, and other sources
Build and maintain project-specific candidate and talent pools
Analyze candidate profiles for professional and regional fit
Create personalized, target-group-specific outreach messages
Initiate contact and communicate in writing with potential candidates
Professionally follow up with promising profiles
Coordinate and schedule interviews and other meetings
Systematically document contacts, responses, and next steps
Further develop sourcing strategies and search methods
Use AI solutions such as ChatGPT for research, profile evaluation, search strategies, and candidate outreach
Support recruiting projects in the banking and financial services market
Directly approach and place specialists, sales professionals, and executives
Match suitable candidates with banks, taking into account both professional and interpersonal fit

Requirements

What you’ll need

German language skills at least at C1 level, ideally C2, both written and spoken
Several years of practical experience in active sourcing / direct search
Excellent knowledge of XING and LinkedIn
Experience with various research methods, Boolean search strings, and candidate databases
Ability to understand and assess different roles and career paths within banks
Strong IT affinity and confident use of Microsoft applications and cloud solutions
Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT
Prior experience using AI in active sourcing is preferred
Highly structured, reliable, and dependable working style
High degree of independence and the ability to consistently follow projects through
Experience recruiting for banks or financial services providers, training as a bank clerk, or comparable industry experience is explicitly not required
