About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor listings, the Buy Box, and FBA inventory levels
Check suppressed or blocked listings and third-party sellers on your own listings
Monitor competitors and price trends, for example using Keepa, and respond to changes
Optimize prices with a focus on margin, the Buy Box, and sales volume
Create and track purchase orders with suppliers
Document payments and deliveries
Plan FBA shipments and track them through receipt into inventory
Maintain records and workflows in the internal Octuno system
Prepare regular brief reports
Over time, identify new products/ASINs and brands and establish contact with US distributors

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in Russian and English, both written and spoken
Structured and reliable, with the ability to work independently
Comfortable working with numbers, margins, calculations, Excel, and Google Sheets
Willingness to learn new software (Octuno)
Experience with Amazon Seller Central, ideally Amazon.com (preferred)
Experience with FBA, Keepa, or other Amazon tools (preferred)
Experience in wholesale or supplier purchasing (preferred)
German language skills (preferred)
