About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as a liaison between Home Office team members and Area Directors
- Coach, teach, and troubleshoot while helping Area Directors across the country
- Assist Area Directors in developing their skills and build one-on-one relationships
- Train Area Directors in processes and procedures via phone conferences
- Respond to questions, concerns, and complaints from Area Directors and their advertising clients via phone and email
- Work individually and within a small, close-knit team to solve problems
- Answer incoming phone calls to cover current staffing pattern needs
- Brainstorm and implement proactive approaches to reduce reactive engagement with Area Directors
- Collaborate with the Design team to help Area Directors understand the design process and administrative tasks
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to learn quickly with a desire to grow
- Confidence in making decisions based on your knowledge and training
- All-star communication skills, both over the phone and in email
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Google Workspace
- Resourcefulness and adaptability in an environment of change
- Ability to work calmly with fast-paced deadlines
- Previous call center experience
- Ticketing software knowledge
- Ability to work 9:00 am to 6:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday
