About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own analytics for pipeline, funnel conversion, and GTM planning
- Build pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, and slippage models and views
- Support RevOps forecasting with analysis and accuracy tracking
- Conduct actionable win/loss analysis
- Identify which self-serve users should receive sales engagement
- Build account and lead scoring using product usage and firmographic signals
- Refine PQL and MQL definitions
- Model territories, quota, and capacity for annual planning
- Segment accounts, motions, and segments by return on effort
- Analyze where GTM spending should be allocated
- Partner with Analytics Engineering on Salesforce and product data models in dbt and BigQuery
- Standardize metric definitions across sales, marketing, and finance
- Build operational GTM dashboards
- Participate in pipeline reviews and planning
- Challenge data interpretations constructively
- Turn analysis into written recommendations that influence decisions
- Work within the data team while embedded with RevOps and Sales
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in sales, revenue, or GTM analytics at a B2B SaaS company, with ownership of the sales funnel
- Fluency in sales metrics including pipeline coverage, stage conversion, velocity, win rate, ACV, quota attainment, ramp, ARR, and NRR
- Experience with Salesforce or an equivalent CRM
- Experience building or contributing to forecast models
- Expert SQL skills
- Comfortable with BigQuery, dbt, Metabase/Hex, or equivalent modern warehouse tools
- Experience with territory, quota, or capacity modelling for a sales organization
- Credibility with sales leaders and representatives
- Ability to produce actionable recommendations, memos, and readouts
- PLG experience, especially self-serve to sales-assisted handoff, preferred
- Experience with usage-based or credit-based pricing preferred
- Lead or account scoring and propensity model experience preferred
- Python experience with pandas, statsmodels, or scikit-learn preferred
- Devtool, open-source, or technical product experience preferred
- Experience with Gong, Clay, enrichment and intent data, or marketing attribution preferred
- dbt modelling experience preferred
- Must have existing right to work in countries other than Germany; visa sponsorship available for Germany
- English is the company language
