About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deliver onboarding for new GTM team members across Sales, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering
- Track and improve ramp time using tailored strategies and performance feedback loops
- Define role-specific standards for excellent performance and build onboarding paths
- Translate product updates, GTM strategies, and technical concepts into actionable content
- Identify knowledge gaps and create role-specific enablement initiatives
- Design certifications and training frameworks for demos, discovery, and technical proficiency
- Support SKOs, regional kickoffs, and quarterly readiness sessions
- Communicate enablement information to GTM teams through appropriate channels
- Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and RevOps on launches, messaging, and process changes
- Define and track KPIs for sales productivity, pipeline velocity, and deal size
- Build competency scorecards with GTM managers for coaching and performance management
- Use sales calls, Gong data, and product usage insights to refine enablement programs
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently located on the East Coast in Massachusetts, Virginia, New York, New Jersey, or Florida
- 4+ years of sales enablement experience at fast-growing SaaS companies
- Ideally experience building enablement from scratch in a PLG environment
- Experience enabling teams selling mid-market to enterprise deals valued at 6 to low-7 figures
- Understanding of selling to technical personas such as CTOs and engineering managers
- Ability to translate technical buyer knowledge into training for technical account executives
- Experience building scalable training programs for different GTM roles and seniority levels
- Ability to turn complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, actionable sales content
- Structured, self-directed, proactive, and able to take ownership
- Customer-first mindset
- Passion for automation and AI is nice to have
- Familiarity with n8n is nice to have
- Existing right to work required for countries other than Germany
- English is the company language
