About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead delivery of complex features, systems, or technical initiatives
- Balance speed, quality, and alignment with strategic goals

Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong software engineering experience
- Deep expertise in one or more of: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Kafka, microservices, Kubernetes, and AWS
- Proven track record of leading complex technical delivery across systems and teams
- Experience taking ownership of large-scale features or platforms from design and development through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement
- Ability to make sound technical trade-offs in ambiguous environments
- Clear communication and collaborative leadership
- Ability to build trust across teams and support an inclusive engineering culture
