Build and improve product features across web, desktop, and mobile platforms
Design and evolve back-end APIs and services
Collaborate with Product, ML, and Design to take projects from idea to production
Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to team best practices
Contribute end to end to a specific product area within a cross-functional squad
Work on high-volume medical encounter processing, real-time audio transcription, resilient systems, healthcare integrations, and complex AI services

Requirements

What you’ll need

Solid foundations in Computer Science
4+ years of industry experience in full-stack engineering
Proficient in React; strong Vue.js experience also considered
Proficient in at least one back-end language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, C#/.NET, Go, or Rust
Comfortable working with AI coding tools and agents such as Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, or Copilot
Curious, eager to learn, and motivated to grow in a fast-moving team
Care about code quality and maintainability
Enjoy working in an international team where English is the primary language
Must be authorized to work in the EU
