About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Execute wallet management workflows across hot, cold, and MPC custody solutions
- Monitor and document staking, bridging, and smart contract interactions daily
- Own end-to-end trade lifecycle processes, including trade capture, margin tracking, collateral monitoring, settlements, and daily reconciliation
- Maintain data accuracy across fund administrators, prime brokers, custody partners, and source records
- Own internal dashboards, operational reporting, and procedure documentation
- Support operational security processes and escalate issues to the COO team
- Coordinate compliance procedures and vendor operations
- Keep workflows moving across research, trading, compliance, and technology teams
- Track and report operational KPIs and process metrics
- Drive process improvement and automation
- Support technology platform implementation and business continuity testing
- Report to the COO team and partner daily with trading, technology, and compliance
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7 years in operations at a hedge fund, proprietary trading firm, or crypto financial services business
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong, clear, direct, and proactive communication across cross-functional teams
- Comfort operating in high-stakes, 24/7 market environments with shifting priorities
- Bachelor's degree required
- Direct digital asset operations experience, including custody, settlements, staking, and DeFi workflows (bonus)
- Exposure to exchange or counterparty operations and post-trade settlement (bonus)
- Experience liaising with engineering on system monitoring and incident documentation (bonus)
- Finance, technical, or business education background (bonus)
