About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for North America
  • Translate consumer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and business data into strategic priorities and action plans
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand awareness, consumer recruitment, market penetration, and business performance
  • Contribute to the business plan, commercial strategy, and long-term brand development
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy and coordinate Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Digital, PR, Influencer Marketing, Social Media, and Training
  • Adapt and deploy global launches and campaigns locally
  • Define launch priorities, activation plans, and multichannel promotional strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across consumer and professional touchpoints
  • Develop omnichannel strategies for retail, e-retail, and professional channels in collaboration with Sales and Key Account teams
  • Analyze the performance and ROI of marketing initiatives and recommend corrective actions
  • Oversee PR, influencer marketing, social media, content, and brand activation activities
  • Build brand visibility, desirability, credibility, and engagement
  • Contribute to portfolio strategy and product prioritization for the U.S. market
  • Share U.S. market insights with global teams to influence innovation and future launches
  • Ensure end-to-end launch execution, from strategic recommendation through post-launch analysis
  • Define and oversee the product training strategy
  • Lead, develop, and engage a multidisciplinary marketing team
  • Define team priorities and objectives and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and agility
  • Promote collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Medical, Training, Digital, and other key functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of the U.S. beauty, skincare, and retail markets
  • Knowledge of beauty and dermocosmetic retailers (Walgreens, CVS, Target, Ulta) and e-retailers (Amazon)
  • Strategic vision and strong business acumen
  • Consumer- and market-oriented mindset
  • Leadership and talent development skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • Data-driven decision-making
  • Agility and solution-oriented approach

  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Marketing Manager or Marketing Director role
  • Progressive marketing experience, including required experience in beauty, skincare, and dermocosmetics
  • Strong experience in brand strategy, product launches, and 360° marketing activations
  • Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
  • Significant experience in an international, matrixed organization
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data and market insights into business recommendations
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously in a dynamic environment
