About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build automation-heavy workflows and front-door experiences in ServiceNow
  • Implement Flow Designer and Integration Hub patterns for approvals, routing, notifications, and orchestration
  • Build and extend catalog items for IT support, service requests, business requirements intake, visit requests, and access requests
  • Support PPM configuration buildouts, including forms, flows, and templates
  • Create reusable sub-flows for approval chains, task-pack generation, SLA timers, and escalations
  • Support CAM, A&A, and RMF processes, tasks, and evidence requests
  • Lead process mapping and future-state design for enterprise intake, vetting, project lifecycle, RMF/A&A lifecycle, and security paperwork workflows
  • Write user stories and acceptance criteria and manage UAT/VAT testing and defect triage
  • Train ServiceNow users and develop role-based training materials
  • Facilitate workshops with security personnel, system owners, authorization officials, and PMOs
  • Create SOPs, quick-reference guides, and knowledge-base articles
  • Provide change-management support and promote ServiceNow adoption among approximately 2,500 users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must currently possess an active TS/SCI with full-scope (FS) polygraph
  • No clearance sponsorships available
  • Demonstrated experience building automation-heavy workflows and front-door experiences in Intelligence Community environments
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ServiceNow Flow Designer and Integration Hub patterns, including approvals, routing, notifications, and orchestration
  • Demonstrated experience building and extending catalog items for IT support, service requests, demand-style business requirements intake, visit requests, or access requests
  • Demonstrated experience supporting PPM module configuration buildout, including forms, flows, and templates
  • Demonstrated experience creating reusable sub-flows, including approval chains, task-pack generation, SLA timers, and escalations
  • Demonstrated experience with the CAM module in relation to A&A processes, RMF tasks, or evidence requests
  • Demonstrated experience leading process mapping and future-state design
  • Demonstrated experience writing user stories and documenting user acceptance criteria
  • Demonstrated experience managing VAT/UAT testing and defect triage
  • Demonstrated experience training ServiceNow users
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops with ISSO/ISSM, system owners, AO representatives, or PMOs
  • Demonstrated experience creating SOPs and quick-reference guides
  • 8–10 years of relevant systems integration experience within the Intelligence Community
  • IT bachelor's degree; a college degree can be substituted for years of experience
  • Experience with change-management support for thousands of users
  • Experience increasing adoption of ServiceNow tools
  • Experience implementing form validation and conditional logic
  • Experience building integrations with identity/group lookups, evidence-storage links, or eMASS/RMF systems
  • Experience optimizing Virtual Agent or chat-to-ticket functions
  • Experience building role-based ServiceNow training
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSEP, MCSE, CISSP, or SEMC are accepted but not required
