About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and enhance native Android apps using Kotlin
- Design, implement, and optimize modern app architectures
- Use AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, testing, and documentation
- Evaluate and integrate new AI tools and technologies into the development process
- Help shape development standards and best practices for AI-assisted software development

Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in Android development with Kotlin
- Strong knowledge of the Android SDK and modern architectural concepts
- Demonstrable experience in AI-assisted software development
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants and generative AI to support development, analysis, and quality assurance
- Ability to critically evaluate and test AI-generated code and securely integrate it into existing systems
- Strong commitment to quality and an understanding of data privacy, security, and the technical limitations of AI
- Good German and English skills are a plus
