About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage day-to-day credentialing workflows and lead data analysis projects
- Partner with Credentialing Leadership to identify workflow gaps and track performance metrics
- Conduct routine audits of Monday.com task boards
- Develop and maintain workflow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Triage chatbot inquiries and escalate them to appropriate Credentialing team members
- Track and log incoming mail correspondence in Monday.com project boards
- Monitor shared credentialing inboxes and create corresponding Monday.com tasks
- Manage credentialing request form intake and route submissions to Government or Commercial workflow queues
- Analyze dashboards for claim volume and reimbursement trends
- Provide insights supporting payer credentialing prioritization decisions
- Develop and distribute reports on payer enrollment and credentialing activities for cross-functional teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience will be considered
- 5 plus years of experience in healthcare credentialing, payer enrollment, or revenue cycle experience preferred
- Experience with workflow management, process documentation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience producing accurate and actionable data analysis
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail)
- Power BI or equivalent business intelligence/data visualization tools
- Project management platforms (Monday.com, Smartsheet, or equivalent)
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Claude AI) a plus
- Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills
