About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own ONC Pharma campaign strategy end to end, from business and brand objectives through launch, optimization, and retrospective
  • Direct day-to-day execution across digital, email, paid media, content, HCP/patient-facing programs, and events
  • Set campaign briefs and creative direction with creative and brand teams
  • Identify and resolve timeline, budget, and performance risks
  • Define campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks
  • Monitor performance and translate results into actionable tweaks, tests, and recommendations
  • Build test-and-learn practices and codify campaign learnings
  • Present performance results and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, including the ONC Marketing VP
  • Coordinate creative, agency, media, and marketing operations partners
  • Facilitate decisions among stakeholders with competing priorities
  • Manage agency and vendor relationships and hold partners accountable
  • Partner with the ONC Marketing VP as a strategic thought partner
  • Make and communicate campaign strategy, scope, and prioritization decisions
  • Resolve or escalate issues with options and recommendations
  • Provide direct, constructive feedback across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12 years in campaign management or marketing strategy/execution roles, or 8 years and a master’s degree in marketing or equivalent
  • Track record of owning campaign strategy end to end
  • Pharma, biopharma, oncology, or broader life sciences experience strongly preferred
  • Fluency in reading and acting on performance data
  • Experience with analytics platforms, Power BI, Salesforce, Eloqua, or similar marketing automation tools
  • Experience managing up to and influencing senior stakeholders
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Experience operating within a regulated pharma marketing environment and MLR / medical-legal review processes strongly preferred
  • Self-directed, high-ownership approach
  • Ability to mentor or set standards for junior team members and agency partners without formally managing them
