About the role

  • Handle PHI in paper and electronic form

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
  • Phlebotomy Certificate (if required by State)
  • Ability to adhere to professional standards, hospital policies and procedures, federal, state, and local requirements, and JCAHO standards
  • Work in an office setting with scrubs required
  • The position requires tracking of each draw
  • Employee must complete HIPAA/PHI privacy, General Policies and Procedure Compliance, and security training within the first 30 days of hire
  • Must maintain a current status on Natera training requirements
