About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, toileting, and skin care
- Document care provided and report changes in clients’ physical, emotional, or medical condition to management
- Take and record vital signs as instructed
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals
- Support mobility through ambulation, range-of-motion exercises, and activity assistance according to the care plan
- Assist clients with medication reminders
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through changing linens, laundry, light housekeeping, and pet care assistance
- Ensure equipment is used safely and care complies with safety standards
- Complete and submit documentation accurately and on time
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or GED required
- HHA Certification, STNA/CNA preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required
- Must work the 2nd shift, 3:00 PM–10:30 PM, every other weekend
