About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, user access, endpoints, and technology equipment
  • Respond to and resolve employee IT support requests and technical issues
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents
  • Identify root causes, evaluate remediation options, test and implement solutions, and communicate resolutions and next steps
  • Install, configure, deploy, and maintain Windows, Apple, and Chrome workstations, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, VoIP phones, headsets, and other IT equipment
  • Prepare, image, configure, and deploy new and replacement computers and equipment
  • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and approved business applications
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, basic network services, and endpoint connectivity issues
  • Document support activities, follow IT standards, and escalate complex infrastructure or network issues when needed
  • Provide field support and manage user technology lifecycle activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
  • 2–4 years of experience providing technical support in a professional IT environment
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, user access, and endpoint-related issues
  • Experience supporting Windows and/or Apple devices
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background checks and credential verification
  • Ability to support employees across corporate offices, remote locations, and operational sites
  • Business travel required
