About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, maintain and continuously improve customer communication templates
  • Work with subject matter experts and operational teams to ensure communications are accurate, consistent, compliant and aligned with programme requirements
  • Integrate content into relevant systems and processes
  • Review and quality assure communications for accuracy, accessibility and attention to detail
  • Monitor customer feedback, queries and emerging issues to improve communications and customer understanding
  • Build working relationships across NESO to align communications with changing programme priorities and customer needs
  • Develop knowledge of the connections landscape and customer journey
  • Support delivery of customer communications across the connections journey and help customers understand outcomes and next steps

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Right to work in the UK by the start of employment
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and experience reviewing and quality assuring content
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Proactive, adaptable approach to changing priorities and programme requirements
  • Experience delivering customer communications within a regulated, operational or infrastructure environment (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the energy sector, network connections process or wider Connections Reform programme (desirable)
  • Experience with Foundry or Salesforce (desirable)
  • Experience using customer feedback, insight or performance data to improve communications (desirable)
  • Experience working within communications, customer engagement or customer service teams (desirable)
  • Cover Letter required
