About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in creating content for Natural Grocers' social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Threads, and YouTube
- Support social video production by developing concepts, shot lists, scripts, and filming content
- Appear and speak on camera for social media and other brand-facing digital content
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and social content
- Coordinate influencer partnerships, including outreach, product shipments, communication, contracts, and content tracking
- Maintain content calendars, project timelines, and campaign documentation
- Assist with social listening and trend monitoring
- Identify opportunities to grow social media following and expand reach
- Assist with digital advertising creative development and campaign coordination
- Monitor and assist with customer service and community management
- Provide administrative and project support for the Digital Marketing team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of professional experience in digital marketing, social media, advertising, or related fields required
- Strong interest in social media, content creation, influencer marketing, and digital trends
- Comfortable appearing in, filming, and creating social media content and videos
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Excellent writing and grammar skills and strong attention to detail
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, and TikTok
- Ability to work effectively with daily, weekly, and monthly timelines
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
