About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Market products and services as part of customized solutions in Romania
- Support existing customers and acquire new ones
- Follow up on leads
- Provide technical advice to designers, consultants, and/or public institutions on selecting and using geosynthetics for infrastructure
- Build trusting relationships with infrastructure designers and consultants
- Address key customer needs and requirements
- Maintain communication between customers and internal teams
- Resolve customers' technical questions and issues
- Generate projects leading to long-term relationships and collaborations
- Prepare regular progress and forecast reports for internal and external stakeholders using key performance indicators from major accounts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering
- Experience in business management or sales management can be an advantage
- Fluency in Romanian
- English is mandatory as a second language
- Proficiency in customer management tools
- Open to business travel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with professionals at all hierarchical levels
- Ability to work in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
