Manage all aspects of store operations, hiring, training, and team development
Achieve company sales and profitability goals
Use statistical information and market knowledge to create action plans
Demonstrate product knowledge, selling, and operational skills to maximize sales

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years as a Store Manager in a similar-volume apparel business (preferred)
Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
May require occasional travel to other store locations and attendance at district meetings
