About the role

- Build trust and long-term client relationships

Requirements
What you’ll need- Real Estate License (Required)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence or willingness to grow in negotiation and presentation
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and social media
- Desire to grow a long-term, sustainable real estate business
- Experience with marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is a plus but not required
