About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and operationalization of the AI Value Realization Framework
Ensure portfolio initiatives define measurable outcomes aligned to strategic priorities
Monitor adherence to the framework and identify gaps, risks, and corrective actions
Define and maintain value metrics, baselines, targets, calculation methodologies, data sources, ownership, and reporting standards
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and portfolio reports communicating AI investment performance and realized value
Develop and review Lean Business Cases, funding requests, cost estimates, forecasts, investment recommendations, and approval materials
Track portfolio funding, expenditures, commitments, requisitions, transfers, forecast changes, and financial risks
Provide thought leadership on business transformation driven by new technology capabilities
Drive end-to-end solutions delivering transformational member value through iterative releases
Liaise between business, journey, goal, and product owners and development teams
Solve business problems by interviewing stakeholders, evaluating alternatives, and presenting findings
Create and present executive summaries of requirements
Influence and negotiate delivery prioritization across enterprise business areas
Synthesize technology roadmaps, changing inputs, priorities, and dependencies
Monitor FinTech and analytics capability trends and technologies
Propose innovative solutions using existing and emerging data and analytics technologies
Support agile ways of working across technical and functional teams
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience developing, implementing, or operationalizing value realization, benefits realization, performance measurement, or portfolio measurement frameworks
Experience defining business value measures, key performance indicators, baselines, targets, data sources, ownership, and reporting standards
Advanced skill in developing dashboards, portfolio reports, and executive communications
Experience supporting AI or technology portfolio investment planning, program funding, financial analysis, business case development, forecasting, or funding governance
Experience developing or reviewing Lean Business Cases, cost estimates, forecasts, funding requests, investment recommendations, or financial approval materials
Experience driving capability roadmaps and prioritization with business stakeholders
Experience in the banking/financial services industry and understanding of industry trends, products, and services
Experience in organizational transformation, digital journeys, and customer experience
Significant experience with end-to-end MVP product and capability delivery
Ability to independently plan, organize, and lead large and complex efforts
Advanced skill in driving alignment and consensus across broad working groups from junior to executive stakeholder groups
Advanced relationship management across multiple business and technology functions
Advanced change management skills and ability to influence others and set priorities around constant change
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
Master's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience is desired
Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
