About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and drive the enterprise-wide AI and Generative AI strategy
- Prioritize the AI technology roadmap and support senior leadership in strategic planning and execution
- Identify opportunities for member value and improved member experience through AI innovation
- Align member-centric strategic initiatives with AI advancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and enterprise stakeholders, including risk, compliance, and innovation groups
- Identify, assess, and implement AI opportunities aligned with member and business needs
- Partner with legal, compliance, and governance teams to establish ethical AI practices and regulatory compliance
- Develop and uphold enterprise AI guidelines
- Explain complex AI concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders through presentations and documentation
- Provide ongoing support and direction during implementation, resolving hurdles
- Apply design thinking to AI initiatives and promote continuous improvement and learning
- Monitor AI advancements, industry trends, and best practices to enhance initiatives and drive growth
- Coordinate with cross-enterprise stakeholders and manage vendor relationships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Deep expertise in AI/ML technologies, innovation frameworks (e.g., design thinking), and strategic roadmap development for enterprise-scale initiatives
- Expert experience in creating strategy for large-scale cross-enterprise initiatives
- Extensive experience collaborating with business units to execute AI strategy and support AI adoption
- Advanced knowledge of change management concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and foster collaboration
- Advanced knowledge of data architecture and technology solutions
- Advanced knowledge of AI governance practices, including Ethical AI
- Ability to work as a project driver through indirect resources and leadership levels
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry trends, products, and services
- Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Expert verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills
- MBA and/or related degree or qualifications in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Strategy, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
- Desired: Cloud experience such as Azure, AWS, GCP, or similar
- Desired: Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Copilot Studio
