About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day operations across Investment Services, coordinating workflows and ensuring alignment to production, service, and quality standards
- Perform delegated supervisory and OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) functions, including review and approval of accounts and transactions in compliance with regulatory and internal requirements
- Coach and guide team on business plans, production goals, and performance expectations
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvements
- Support resolution of escalated member and advisor issues to ensure consistent service delivery and member satisfaction
- Conduct quality reviews of advisor interactions; provide feedback and support development and performance improvement
- Partner with NFCU business units and internal stakeholders to promote NFIS products and services, strengthen referral channels, and expand market presence through presentations, partnerships, and community engagement
- Support execution of strategic initiatives by translating priorities into actionable frontline activities
- Reinforce adherence to regulatory requirements and risk controls
- Maintain current knowledge of evolving systems, tools, and technology to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, or related field
- Experience supporting advisor performance, including coaching and production-based metrics
- Working knowledge of investment products, financial planning concepts, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated ability to analyze performance data and provide insights
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a regulated environment with sound judgment
- Relevant licenses (FINRA Series 7, 66, or combination of 63 & 65, Life & Health)
- FINRA Series 24 license, or ability to obtain within 120 days of start date
- Professional designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU are desired
