Key responsibilities & impact

Create and update moderately complex reports and dashboards
Identify and analyze trends and patterns
Prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations
Support business decisions and improved business outcomes
Contribute to KPI reports, operational improvement analysis, and root cause analysis
Communicate findings and insights to peers and mid-level management
Provide data-driven recommendations supporting business objectives and operational effectiveness
Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data
Collaborate with team members and participate in team projects and initiatives
Provide quantitative and qualitative data analysis using internal and external data sources
Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive operational improvements and business results

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
Ability to translate data into actionable insights that support business performance
Basic understanding of the business and operating environment
Effective skill using business intelligence applications and/or cloud services to develop reporting solutions
Knowledge of business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms, including Power BI, Tableau, or similar
Effective skill using statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
Working knowledge of various data structures and ability to manipulate data within visualization tools
Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
