Key responsibilities & impact

Scale AI solutions beyond experimentation
Automate analysis for growing volumes of call transcripts, surveys, digital feedback, and other service interaction data
Implement generative AI, LLM, RAG, and intelligent automation opportunities
Analyze and interpret results with some complexity
Develop and code basic software programs, algorithms, and automated processes
Use modeling and trend analysis to analyze data
Collaborate with team members and participate in team projects and initiatives
Document and present findings using effective written and verbal communication

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Data Science, AI & NLP, ML Engineering, and/or Data Foundations
Knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, forecasting, experimentation, or similar data science techniques
SQL, Python, APIs, ETL and data pipelines, or similar data foundations
Model lifecycle execution
Data storytelling and technical presentation skills
Technical skills including big data analysis, coding, project management, and technical writing
Problem-solving skills
Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar quantitative fields, or equivalent experience
Desired: Master's Degree in a relevant field
Desired: AI & NLP experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, or text analytics
Desired: ML engineering experience with deployment, monitoring, MLOps, CI/CD, or similar production systems
Desired: PySpark
Desired: Familiarity with vector databases
