Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create, deliver, and measure internal communications supporting Learning & Talent Development efforts
  • Support strategic, audience-focused content development and execution to create awareness and participation
  • Assist in developing communication strategies for small- to medium-scale initiatives and organizational priorities
  • Align messaging with business objectives and employee engagement goals
  • Draft and deliver content across intranet, email, digital signage, and other internal channels
  • Write professional documents tailored to specific audiences and tone of voice
  • Gather information for drafting, distributing, and measuring communication tactics
  • Manage communication timelines and editorial calendars
  • Support project planning using content management systems and tracking tools
  • Contribute to change communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Coordinate logistics and resources for communication campaigns and internal events
  • Collect and analyze feedback and communication metrics
  • Develop data analysis and measurement capabilities to improve communication effectiveness
  • Translate complex business challenges into clear, audience-focused messaging
  • Collaborate with team members to identify resources for communication projects
  • Perform assignments of small scope and complexity under supervision while building autonomy and influence
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Support marketing analytics reporting by creating and maintaining reports and dashboards, monitoring communication and channel performance, and translating data into actionable insights

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in communications, marketing or related field
  • Basic understanding of business and operating environment
  • Proficient in drafting promotional campaign content, internal announcements, newsletters, and intranet content
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with other departments
  • Understanding of employee engagement strategies
  • Experience using internal communication platforms such as SharePoint, Slack, and Yammer
  • Experience using AEM, Adobe Analytics, and Power BI
  • Demonstrated experience creating actionable reporting and analytics for communication efforts
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education and experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
