About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead development and execution of WIL’s Training and Talent Strategy
  • Design, implement, and continuously improve WIL University, including learning pathways, career tracks, certification programs, leadership development, and role-based development frameworks
  • Partner with HR, Strategic Workforce Planning, Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications, and WIL leaders to deliver scalable talent solutions
  • Develop talent strategies addressing future skill requirements, workforce capabilities, career progression, succession risks, and development priorities
  • Establish governance, success measures, and continuous improvement processes for training, talent, and workforce development programs
  • Plan and execute cross-functional programs supporting business transformation and operational improvements
  • Develop schedules, track milestones, coordinate resources, and monitor progress
  • Gather stakeholder requirements and ensure alignment with program goals
  • Identify and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners for integrated delivery
  • Prepare program documentation, dashboards, and status updates
  • Contribute to business cases, data analysis, and scenario planning
  • Ensure compliance, internal controls, and governance adherence
  • Support continuous improvement, change readiness, tool adoption, knowledge sharing, and junior team members

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of relevant program management experience supporting cross-functional programs
  • Proficiency coordinating program activities across multiple workstreams and aligning timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
  • Knowledge of program lifecycle phases, governance structures, and strategic execution
  • Experience supporting program leads with milestone tracking, risk identification, and executive-level reports
  • Advanced knowledge of program documentation, issue tracking, and change control processes
  • Experience with Power BI, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project
  • Working knowledge of stakeholder engagement and cross-functional communication strategies
  • Basic skill in analyzing program data and synthesizing insights for leadership decisions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Organizational Development, or related field, or equivalent combination of training, education, and experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Desired: Master’s degree, PMP/PgMP/Lean/Agile certification, cross-functional business experience, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with Smartsheet, MS Project, or Jira
