About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources to drive credit-risk insights
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns
  • Prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to support business decisions
  • Lead projects, understand requirements, and propose analytical solutions
  • Produce actionable reports with KPIs, improvement areas, and root-cause analysis
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and BI solutions
  • Collaborate with multiple business units and senior management
  • Communicate data outcomes to business stakeholders and leadership
  • Mentor and guide less experienced analysts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of the business area/specialization
  • Significant experience researching, compiling, and documenting data, business processes, and workflow
  • Advanced knowledge of standard ETL tools and techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of data warehousing, data cleaning, and analytical techniques
  • Advanced skill in complex data manipulation across multiple tables
  • Effective use of statistical methods, mathematical techniques, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis
  • Ability to communicate data analysis and visualizations to nontechnical and senior audiences
  • Intermediate skill in using visualizations, design aesthetics, and words to tell a story
  • Advanced SQL, R, Python, SAS, or related analytical tool skills
  • Advanced Tableau, Power BI, or related data visualization tool skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering (desired)
