About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, aggregate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns
  • Prepare ongoing reports and data visualizations to support business decisions
  • Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence solutions
  • Produce actionable KPI reports, identify operational improvement areas, and perform root cause analysis
  • Use analytics and metrics to improve processes and forecast potential costs, risks, and profits of new business initiatives
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
  • Provide business strategy recommendations to optimize performance
  • Provide reporting solutions and respond to ad hoc report requests
  • Create report and analysis specifications based on business needs and available data
  • Build working relationships with team members and subject matter experts
  • Lead small projects and initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or marketing strategy
  • Marketing or adjacent business-unit experience preferred
  • Ability to independently own complex reporting and analytics deliverables from planning through executive presentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to identify the business implications behind data and connect findings to business strategy
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, establish timelines, and drive deliverables with limited oversight
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and adapt to shifting priorities, business needs, and reporting requirements
  • Ability to partner across teams and coordinate inputs from multiple stakeholders
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills, including presenting complex analyses and large-scale reports to senior leaders
  • Experience developing KPIs, goals, and measurement frameworks
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship
  • Monday–Friday availability, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
